There is a yearly registration fee for our Fall-Spring programs. This registration fee is non-refundable and due along with the first month’s tuition. There is no registration fee for summer classes.

To be eligible to enroll in a specialty class, students must first be enrolled in a regular class at DanceVibe. Additionally, some specialty classes require a teacher recommendation to enroll. Pricing varies per class based on class length, level & style.

Rehearsal pricing includes Shooting Stars weekly rehearsals, company registration, competition registration, choreography, costumes & director’s fees.

Price/month is based on the number of rehearsals/routines a student participates in per week. This fee is separate from regular class tuition.

Receive 10% off monthly tuition (including company rehearsals & specialty classes) for each additional sibling enrolled at DanceVibe. The sibling discount does not apply towards private lessons or summer classes.

Tuition Policies

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: We personally guarantee that your child will LOVE our dance classes. However, if for any reason within the first 2 weeks of starting class you find that dance isn’t the right fit for your child, we will happily refund your registration fee and money for any remaining unattended classes. Only new, registered students are eligible for our money-back guarantee. The money-back guarantee applies only to Fall-Spring dance classes.

  • Monthly tuition is a set fee and never pro-rated. Tuition factors in all holidays and scheduled breaks, with each class meeting an average of 30 class/year. Some months may have more/less classes. There is no refund for months with less classes.
  • There is a declined credit card fee of $25. This fee will automatically be charged to the account on file. It is important that you update your credit card information in your customer portal in order to avoid this fee.
  • Tuition is automatically deducted from your credit card on file within the first week of every month. Other fees, such as costumes, will be deducted using the credit card on file the date they are marked as “due”.
  • If you have elected to pay by check, there is an extra $10/month processing fee. All tuition paid by check is due by the 1st of the month. If we have not received your tuition by the 5th of the month, there is an automatic $10 fee billed to your account. Please add this amount to your check.
  • There are no price adjustments or refunds for any missed classes including DanceVibe’s schedule of breaks, inclement weather, etc.
  • Credits will not be given for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or personal commitments. You are welcome to make-up any class missed for these reasons. Please see the front desk for make-up options.
  • There is neither allowance nor refund for any absence, late arrival, or early withdrawal of participants.
  • DanceVibe reserves the right to cancel a class with insufficient registration. Classes with less than 6 students may be cancelled. If a cancellation occurs we will make every effort to place your child in another available class or a full refund will be given.
  • When a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to attend class over an extended period of time, a credit or refund will be issued for any prepaid classes.
  • All billing is handled online through our “Customer Portal” link. Simply click on this link at the bottom of our home page to access your DanceVibe account.
  • Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you cannot pay by credit card, we will accept checks. There is an extra $10/month processing fee for paying by check. All checks should be made payable to “DanceVibe” with the student’s name on the memo line.
  • Customers can update their account and credit card information when logged into their customer portal.
